Illinois Learning Standards
The Illinois Learning Standards are clear and specific measures of what students should know and be able to do as a result of their public schooling. The Standards target early elementary, middle elementary, middle/junior high school, early high school and late high school with measures of English, language arts, mathematics, science, social science, fine arts, and foreign language. Through appplicataions of learning, students demonstrate and deepen their understanding of basic knowledge and skills.
